Hello, I'm Louise...

Hello, I'm Louise- a.k.a,  Daisy Lou Wildflower.
I'm an artist, a wifey, a proud mum of four wildflowers- two amazing musicial souls and two spicy neurodivergent superheros! I'a wholehearted lover of nature, creativity, and adventure. I live in a beautiful seaside town in Western Australia, where the ocean breeze, wildflowers, native bushland, and ever-changing skies constantly inspire my art and my soul.
When I'm not painting in the studio, you'll usually find me wandering somewhere outdoors. I have a deep love for disappearing into the Australian bush, exploring hiking trails, swimming at the beach, travelling to new places, photographing botanicals and wildlife, or quietly writing poetry inspired by the world around me. Nature has always been my greatest muse, and its beauty finds its way into everything I create.
My artwork is a reflection of how I see the world—colourful, free-spirited, joyful, and a little bit quirky. I believe art should make people smile, spark wonder, and remind us to notice the little things that often go unnoticed.
Speaking of little things... here's a slightly weird fact about me: I absolutely love collecting sticks, feathers, and shells. My pockets are often full after a walk, and my home is scattered with tiny treasures gathered from beaches, bush tracks, and forest adventures.
I'm also endlessly drawn to old bookstores, where I can happily lose hours among dusty shelves and forgotten stories. I adore thrifting vintage bottles, weathered treasures, and curious little objects that feel like they've lived a hundred lives before finding their way home with me. There's something magical about things that carry a story.
